My son requested customised shoes for Christmas (I had never heard of such a thing previously). Sadly, my order was not on time for Christmas day (thankfully he is past the 'Santa Claus' stage). On enquiring about about my order, Apollo Apparel were quick to respond with relevant information without any waffle and empty promises.
My order arrived within the time as promised. My son is very happy with the fit and the work done, however the disappointment is that only the outer side of each shoe is customised. On the website only the outer side of both shoes are shown so you could say, 'you get what you see'. But a buyer would naturally think both sides are customised as other designs are on the full shoe, which makes a buyer feel a bit 'cheated' having paid full price for 'half a job' - there is no description pointing this detail out to the buyer on the website (I have suggested they clarify descriptions of products better).
So, from a quality and communication point of view, I would recommend Apollo Apparel and their products.
