SHIPPING FOR CHRISTMAS 2020

Hello all,

as you are all well aware of how hectic this time of year can be as well as COVID restrictions, we have made some recent changes to our shipping process due to a significant increase in sales and delays of supply deliveries. We recommend to anyone who needs their customs for a specific event from November through to December  (birthdays, Christmas etc) to put this date in the notes section when ordering from us.

This is so we can aim to prioritise customs which you guys need for your required deadline. This is because orders (from November until after Christmas) will exceed the 2 weeks shipping as stated at checkout (as all orders are 'made to order' and are made single handedly by myself). We hope that there are customers who don't mind if their customs arrive a little later than usual, however, we understand the worry/ disappointment when a present doesn't arrive in time therefore we have put this scheme together.

However, we cannot gurantee that orders placed during December will arrive in time for Christmas. We will be working extra hard to try and get these out to you for the 25th. Our store will shut during 20th to 26th of December and will continue to customise shoes after the 26th.
